Return/Exchange Policy
At Cardin McCoy, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags and packaging. The refund or exchange will be processed once we have received and inspected the item(s).
If you decide to return your item(s) after the 30-day period, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund. The store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used towards the purchase of any item(s) on our website.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
