If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

**If you need to return a preordered item, please email us at customerservice@cardinmccoy.com to start your return

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

-Personalized items are final sale

-Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

-We offer free returns and exchanges once per order. If you need to return or exchange an item a second time, please email us at customerservice@cardinmccoy.com

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Complete the form found here: mccoysboys.myreturnscenter.com
2. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email once your return is approved
3. Send all items back using the label provided

We will send you an email once your return/exchange has been processed.

  • Marked delivered items. If the tracking for your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office with the tracking for more information or to file a claim
