Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
Free Shipping: Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.
International Shipping: No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges: Yes, you may exchange items up to 2 times per item.
Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs.

Sizing & Fit

Do you have a size guide available?

Yes, our size guide can be found here.

Do your products run true to size?

All items run true to size except for our Loafers & Moccasins, which we recommend sizing down.

What sizes do your clothing and footwear lines cover?
Clothing Sizes: XXS (2/3), XS (4/5), S (6/7), M (8-10), L (12-14)
Footwear Sizes: Toddler size 6 through Big Kid size 3 

Product Information

What materials are your products made from?

We use high-quality materials such as cotton, organic cotton, leather, and recycled polyester.

Are your products sustainably produced?

Yes! We incorporate sustainable practices with some products made from 100% organic cotton, while our bags and tags are made from recycled materials. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are produced in India, China, Bangladesh, and Peru, and all t-shirts are screen printed and packaged in Brunswick, Georgia.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible. Please reach out to customerservice@cardinmccoy.com to check the status of your order.
